You're not alone, the level has been mentioned in these comments before and it involves alerting the player from far away. There's also a skip level button in the settings menu if you still can't figure it out
It's fine, i don't want to spoil any of the puzzles here but if you can beat some later level i think it more than makes up for the one you skipped ツ. That's what the skip button is for anyway
