--Desert:
# When capturing a harpy after a battle and... penetrating them, the character does not take their clothes off.
-- Sunshine, Slave House back entrance:
# Defeating a harpy there then going in through the back entance, causes the slavers and slaves to appear but not interactable. (Exiting the building will fix it).
(Or maybe it's just my save file acting weird idk)
