I think I'll try to rework this system to take into account how much money the girl actually earns for you. That should make it more fair and interesting.
Or some kind of contract negotiation system like FIFA would be pretty neat :P
Perhaps once the competing groups are implemented, transfers and the like could play a role in the price.
