THIS IS GREAT! So much FUN! and the song OMG, I though first oh alarm nice, then it kept going I was like hmm... This will get annoying and then it became this EPIC SONG! Very unfortunate it didn't loop, because it was silent when I died after 322 seconds.
I wasn't sure though what the arrow meant at the DNA (I think what rats were spawning). It didn't really matter I liked it a lot. The art is also GREAT!
Hey RetroBananaMan! Thanks so much for the kind words! We really wanted to make something very satisfying to play, so we're happy to hear this worked out for you! Regarding the music: I'm very glad you enjoyed it, I was really hoping for people to have that "oh shit" moment when they hear the beat coming in.
Too bad it didn't loop, I thought I tested it but maybe it broke somewhere near the end of development, we'll check it out. It was supposed to end when you die however, but it might be better to just keep it looping so you can keep on restarting with the same music.
We're also aware the arrow pointing at the DNA is a bit cryptic, it's indeed an indicator of what type of rats were spawning, this could be made a bit more clear.
