Not Arc, so some of this is pure speculation.
I believe that initially the bossgirls were going to be just throwaway fuckdolls with less depth than a kiddie pool.
Eventually, Arc figured out that making so many bossgirls is madness AND a sizeable amount of people weren’t happy with them just being throwaway fuckdolls (that’s how we got the therapy stuff).
So now that the amount of bossgirls will be reduced I presume the ones we’ll get will have a little bit more depth and maybe some extra sex scenes that aren’t so… questionable.
I also don’t know if they live in the manor or not. Maybe once they’re recruited (not in dungeon) they just go back to their districts until you call them for whatever reason you may want to call them.
If you remember, Puppet invited herself. That room wasn’t there before.
