After you've placed the laser in the right orientation, you have to shoot the laser using the button in the bottom right. The laser beam is not displayed yet, and the laser sprite is just some placeholder, so I understand how confusing it can be. I hope some players will be able to reach later levels, as I think there is some fun and interesting challenge in the core mechanic. Again, thanks for the feedback!
