Hello! I recommend you to publish the videos/tracks on YouTube or Soundcloud first, then submit the project as you will have to fill out the links to your videos/tracks when submitting. BUT, if you are running out of time, then you should submit your project on time first then publish and fill out the links later after the jam! ^^
