Actually I did. Saw an option to kiss the guy but he didn't react well to it. Disappointment.
Dawggg, not every guys there are supposed to be gay, and it all depends on your affinity with them. Best options perhaps are to just seek for a male rnpc who actually hit on your character, mine got one and it's fun to Top him.
