I initially wasn’t able to find the exact reason why this happens.
But now more people are getting this issue.
I guess it’s time to look deeper into it.
But for the time being, we don’t really know why this happens.
ADDENDUM:
It’s an issue with certain phones.
The game tries to play a cutscene and it just freezes instead of playing the video.
