Contains a Trojan according to VirusTotal
FYI, VirusTotal has some history of false positives. I see no other comments with this problem.
if only 1 source detect a virus is most likely a false positive, if 2-3 then you can be worried, but best ask around in case its a false positive, if its more then yeah you can panic and instantly delete the file
