Okay good game for the first minijam, you worked alone so I'm gonna base my review on that.
Its a good idea and a great use of limitation but I think there are things that should be upgraded:
1- I recommend a automatic refresh mechanic so you need to think where to focus and what resources to produce, refreshing by hand makes the game easier
2- Maybe work more on the UI, i know you worked alone but maybe a upgrade on the game looks would make the game better
3- More content and mechanics, this has to do with the 1 point to, i think there are things missing here and that some content could be added to make the game better but you worked alone so i understand how hard it is, also its your first jam
Since its your first jam here is some tips:
Im not a professional but i have some experience here:
1- Export to web game instead of windows, most of people would play your game if its web, making it a downloadable game its boring for some people and some may lose interested, what you can do its make a web game but keep a donwloable file for some people that cant run or browser or just prefer it.
2-When making the game cover don't put the screenshot, save the screenshot for the screenshot are wich you can add when editing this page, instead try to make some logo or even some text, but it needs to be appealing to the public
