yes. now, to turn on the console, you need to open the game with the pvz isaac subscript. exe --console from console.
isn't that 0.2.0.7 thingy tho
i think in 0.2.0.6 you need to actually edit your savefile in appdata pvz_isaac folder and add enableConsole/console = 1.000000 here if not present
