This is a decent start but the game feels incomplete. There doesn't seem to be a win or lose state, enemies just spawn indefinitely and if they hit the goal at the end nothing happens. It's a little basic in the programming, the enemies aren't following a spline path or anything, are they? It looks like they're just following a navmesh and they'd frequently get stuck on the first turn Having the towers' shots be characters that chase after the enemies rather than projectiles was an unusual choice but I feel like there's potential there, like towers that spawn soldiers rather than shoot. I figured out the connection to the jam is that you can place 3 ballistas, 2 fastshooters, and 1 mortar, that's kinda neat. So yeah, I just spawned my 6 towers and let it run for a bit until I got bored. It's a good start but needs more.
