I'm probably not the target audience either; I don't play digital card games, physical card games, or board games.
I started off with the feeling of "this needs a tutorial and does not have one". I did eventually sort of figure things out, but the game really doesn't help you much. Some little improvements like being able to hover over the resource types for a name and brief description would really help. The research window could do a better job of showing you why you can or can't research something.
I ran into at least one bug. I got a +2 Research card that was huge and could not be played.
I think the premise of this game is going to be divisive; some people are going to like it and some aren't. I'm kind of in the latter group- the game grew on me, but I'd probably pass it over if I was casually browsing.
References to "Earth" but fictional countries feels strange.
This wouldn't have been a problem if I'd downloaded it, but the size of the browser playable version is awkward; it doesn't fit in a reasonably sized browser window though if I maximized it to my entire monitor it did fit.
The art was pretty good; I'm not sure it meets the threshold for a commercial release yet but it's closer than I expected. I think declaring some things as "this is a placeholder and x thing is supposed to be here" was a smart choice. The music fits the game really well.
I wish I could offer more useful feedback but like I said in the beginning, I'm not really the target audience.
