I like the concept, the music, and the general chaotic feel. Pretty frustrating to play though, mostly because you can't see where you're going, so everything just comes out of nowhere, which feels more random than fair. That could be ok, because random crashing and explosions can be fun, but you also die pretty easily. That could use some rebalancing. Also, Level design-wise, even if you could see where you were going, there isn't really a good way to go in the level, just slightly less bad ways. I think, a bigger level with more open space would be much more fun.
