This is pretty devastating. The world of this game and the storytelling and personality are excruciatingly unique and interesting and it would be a shame for it to just disappear.
If you do ever revisit the project, I feel that a different engine would do it a massive service. It felt like the game wanted to crawl outside of the screen, but the engine was preventing anything truly unexpected.
Whatever you do, you're gonna make some amazing things.
