I cant start the game, but i dont know whats wrong. The .exe file is there and when i try to open with 7zip the messages over pops up. I have tried both the .exe files and downloaded the "MonolithBay\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe" but nothing works.

Have you extracted every file at once out of the downloaded zip archive? Right click and extract the archive before you start the game exe.

What do i extract (like wich folder), and how do i do it? Because i have tried extracting the main folder when you first open seven zip, the next 4 folders, and the external .exe file. But it still wont work

Just right click the zip file and choose 7zip>Extract here or Extract to. That should extract all there is.
