Anything that removes the [Redacted] goes against Patreon TOS and isn't sanctioned by the dev, but if you google around for it you should be able to find something.
It's actually not how the script is written, the script uses a variable called gloria_title and by default it's set to [REDACTED], but you can go into the 0variables.rpy to change it to whatever you want.
