Known issue, especially with McAffee, that seems to think apps writing in AppData are behaving like malware (in this case, ren'py writes its save games there). I'm convinced it's a false positive, but you should definitely make your own decisions in that regard.
Sonot much I can do about it until the virus scanners tone it down a bit. I've seen reports like this for several other ren'py games too, so it's not just LomL.

Thank you for the reply. I've loved your game and have been playing each and every release for the last couple of years (multiple times). I really wanted to dive into this one, looking forward to all the new story beats. Tried the android version, but regretably that one won't even load (it shows the game's logo and then nothing for minutes on end). Used to work and load without any problems before, but I guess the game is getting to big for my phone (or it's another problem) :( . When it rains it pours I guess. Maybe it's best to wait for the final release and see if all the issues with renpy and the virus scanners are resolved by then.
