I like your writing a lot--it's witty and definitely captures those insomnia feelings. I think I'm stuck, though--I clicked on the phone, guitar, and mirror, but nothing else in the room seems to be clickable.

Hmm... Those three items are the only things you can click. After that, you should be directed into the ending. If that's not happening, the only thing I can think of is to play it again from the start.
Sorry for that. I've encountered this bug before but I couldn't really really reproduce it or figure out what was causing it.
