Femdemic is a completed project and will not get regular additions like new clothes. I'm also working on another game called BMO TV (https://rel.pink/bmotv/), where the things you mention do already exist and it gets more clothes over time because it is an ongoing development game, but they do not fit into the scope of Femdemic.
I might consider bringing content updates with clothes and new specializations every now and then, but right now the game's reception isn't good enough, specifically on Steam, so it depends mostly on the reviews the game gets over the next months.
