Anyone know how to get the last panel at Tate´s CG NSFW page number 1 and all of the CG´s on the Pages 5-7?

Is there some way (or will it be implemented in future builds) to choose whetether the MC/Love interests to be bottom or top? I´d love to see Tate ´stuffing´ me. qwq
