the "liars" are referring to the agents who kidnapped ayumi's dad, from the code in the beginning of the game hope that helps even tho im late :>

the "liars" is a message from ayumi, it's referring to the hp agents who kidnapped and killed her dad, i know from a letter she got from her dad when he was contained thats tells her a bunch of stuff including a warning to not trust anyone, hope that helps :3
