None yet. I intend on you always being a woman from the start, but futa changes are a maybe. Effects are mostly cosmetic right now, as are most of the non-flavor-text variables. If you gain weight or check self you will notice two blurbs about becoming a woman, as well as the intro scene test.In the Pre-Alpha stage, which will launch soon will focus on incorporating the tracking of these variables. This is where the gender TG/personality/race etc. will get much more development.

Also, I might make an explicit gender TG-centered game in the future, but light novels where men reincarnate as women inspired this, so you will be a woman all throughout. It's a sub-theme and about narrative/mental changes. Futa, once again, might be added.
