Does the demo have multiple endings? I keep getting the same one.

(+1)

Right now it has two (one for each character) but there will be more, this is just kinda like a playable enough introduction to the characters and concept. I also think, even if there's not many endings right now, there's other little details to dig in (the caesar cipher for example, it adds a bit more context) but I plan to update it at least once before I complete the game so the demo has more stuff, including endings and better sprites because I'm not satisfied with these lol. But thank you for playing it on it's first phase, nice username btw.

I did get different scenes with the two characters, what I meant was that the ending itself is the same, not the contrasting scenes with the love interests. But, thanks to your explanation, I now understand why that is.

I can't wait to see the other endings, and hopefully get some backstory about the poem on that poster, (unless you already added it, and I just haven't found it yet.)

Oh, and I was wondering if Dulce could be a love interest; this is actually something that I really, truly, desire. He is honestly the only one that I want to romance, and he honestly does deserve love.

Thank you so much! But, while we are on the subject of names, what does Dulce mean? Can you please tell me?

The 'poem' on that poster does has to do with things Dulce went through when he was younger, I will add much more about that in the future (since it is actually one of the two main things the story is actually about) like I said before, there is not only that one poster but also the secret messages on the "keysmashing" (because it means actual stuff and it is not just random) and in some images with it it might be hard to see well/kinda long which is kinda on purpose since it has some darker stuff, the poster is more mild compared to these but it's about the same trauma.

I'm glad you are fond of him! It is true he needs some love, though I don't know how well I could answer that question without spoiling much, he is practically the main character of the game so you will see much more of him and get to have a much deeper bond, probably much better than just "romancing".

Dulce is literally translated to "Sweet" (sometimes even "Candy") in spanish (he is mexican) and is more commonly a girls given name, but the word itself is masculine, so I think it fits him well. He is also called Salvador which translates to "Savior" and is a last name and given name for boys (so he'd be "Sweet Savior" which is a bit ironic, thinking about his backstory he'd be more of a bitter victim) though I didn't include that in the game so far and is only in one single file, just a fun fact.

I didn't see the secret message yet, but if it is darker than the poem, then, I can't imagine what he went through in the past. I can't wait for you to elaborate more on both of those things later.

I am so happy to hear that! Dulce is definitely someone that I want to get closer to, and know more about. You are a very skilled writer, and it is especially evident in the way that Dulce vocalises his responses, as well as having a wide vocabulary. Moreover, he is truly adorable~ Those are only a few of the things that I like about him. I am eagerly anticipating more dialogue/content with him!

I don't know enough about him to call him a 'savior', however, he is definitely sweet. I crave sweets all the time, but I would trade them all for him. So, please keep working hard on the game, and let me have my 'sweet candy'.

Oh, and also, if I had my way, I would change him from a 'bitter victim' to a happy person who can live freely. (And erase those painful memories from his mind.)

I can't wait either until people decipher these, I don't really remember what specifically said on that one image since I encrypted the text it almost a month ago and I also made many texts like these (which is kinda like vent writing from Dulce, some are less obvious and shorter like the one of the poster but others are more explicit and longer) and I plan to add more, one of the reasons the diary is there.

I'm glad at least a few people so far like him, my brother even kinda pressures me reminding me everyday to work in the game which can be a bit annoying but at least I know he cares haha. Actually one of the reasons I do want to do this stuff is not only to have my own outlet and feel like I am actually doing something, but to also find people who like the same kind of stuff I like and can know their opinion about what I make, these are probably the best fuel.

I hope (since I have other art projects apart from this one) I can put out more content around the end of the year and finish the whole game the next one, thanks for the kindness and interest.

I liked the poem so much that I took a screenshot of it.

Spoiler here for anyone who hasn't played the game yet.

It is nice to have an outlet. I can't code or draw, so I can only write stories or poems.

The poem that Dulce wrote speaks to me on so many levels. I understand people around you looking or acting innocent even if they hurt you, and people trying to change you. I need someone like Dulce in my life who knows my pain.

A longer demo this year would be amazing! I hope this time it is focused more on Dulce, and less on the other two characters, but it is your game, so do what you want with it.

I'm glad you get the way he feels! He also needs someone who understands.

It will most likely focus more on him, I'll keep progressing on making it the best I can ^_^
