Hey! I have actually heard of this before! The only thing is the fact that I don't know how to fix it. Fist, I thought it was because I didn't really optimize it when I got playtesters. I thought I fixed it because all the other playtesters did not have this problem. However, when I released the game, it happened again to only a few people. It seems to only happen to a few people. I don't know what causes it. I'm very sorry. Glad you still enjoyed!
