I think this guy reached great balance here. Injuries are pretty serious but not so grave they'll get in the way of pleasure. Requires a lot of help and care.
Yeah you are right, with this kind of injuries the help is mainly needed during the initial healing process. Then the guy could do almost anything on his own albeit facing some difficulties.
Walking stick is a must have. Or maybe crutches?..
