It seems the top-most FAQ here (right behind "When we get more scenes?"). I like to help and I had the same problem on my PC back then.
Here is the solution for PC version (don't know about Android/Mac):
Press SHIFT + G on your keyboard inside the game, then select "ANGLE" as renderer, restart the game (to take change effect its unavoidable) and now it won't crash anymore on Bicycle Park when the glitch is appearing.
(Komisari has not fixed this issue until now, so thats the only workaround.)
