Hello! Welcome to Feedback Quest 5! It's nice to meet you! My name's Hythrain. I'm part of the FQ team and a hobbystreamer. I'm writing this review live after having played your game.
When I started up, I first went to full screen the game to make it a better experience both for myself and for viewers. However, it didn't really expand the way I expected, instead filling the new area with just a black void and keeping the game to the top left corner of my screen.
Once I got into the game, it took me some time to figure out what I was doing. The hook didn't quite match with the mouse where I would've thought, and without any explanation of what to do it took me a while to figure out to move caught fish to the buttons on the far left or right to either assign as coin or food to keep going. Once I had, I found that if I got hit by anything it would mean the game is over immediately. I also never figured out what the middle button was for.
It works as a good prototype game, but from here it needs to make its gameplay easier to understand, easier to execute and without really cheap deaths due to trying to mines sneaking it from the right while you're trying to increase your stamina.
Finally... I'm not a fan of fishing games of any type. Mini-games, full games, it doesn't matter. They normally always trigger a deep hatred in me for how annoying they are to me. This... doesn't have that. It keeps me here instead of making me want to shove my head through a brick wall, so you're doing something right! :D
