It freezes on the home screen.

I have already tried restarting the phone and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game, just in case it was a problem, I deleted the previous version but nothing worked

Not yet before trying it, I would like a refund. It doesn't seem fair to pay $4 and not be able to play. And yes, I know it's only the gallery but the free version doesn't have it.

What phone do you have? Could be that your phone just cant run it. Seems fine on my end.

It's a ifinit Zero x pro It has 8 ram and 164 internal memory I don't think it's the phone

Hmm yeh doesnt seem like it should crash with that. Uh i guess you could try download the older versions and see if they work and if they do its something to do with this update in spesific. But it does seem to work fine on my phone that is a Samsung galaxy a21s. Did have like 3 crashes in game though but not at the menu. Also may sound a bit silly but like make sure you dont have like 100 background apps open lol. Hope you can get it sorted out somehow tho!

Yes I already did, in fact the previous version and this new version were installed as two different applications and I had already said that just in case I deleted the previous version and the previous version If it is executed

I know they want to solve my problem but the only thing I haven't tried to do is review the code base or install it on a PC because I don't have the second one.

Have you updated your system to android12? (´･ω･`)?

You can contactcustomer service to request a refund.
