Hi. This project is mostly stale at the moment, but if you want to make a build yourself, the new rewritten version of MoeTag is hosted here:
https://github.com/moetagfoundation/moetag
If there is enough demand I'll make a Windows, OSX and Linux build of above, but it's QT and should be compatible on most systems, though untested.
