I'm not the owner of this mod. But did you take the mod out the folder with the adobe air? if you did you have to put it back inside the folder where the adobe air was and the app will open! OR you can redownload the game and it will fix! I hope this helps your problem!

my recommendation is = don't even mind about the adobe air since gacha club uses adobe air to function. in case if that happens, dont put the .exe file to the desktop and always play mods in zip files -- HOWEVER if you really want to put the exe file anywhere outside the file you could try to properly research if this is the case you're talking about
