Hi, I'm not exactly sure what specific choice you're referencing, but there's multiple choices in this game, which affect the story/characters and if they live or die.

As for the Goddess/MC, the MC holds a strong hatred for the Goddess, which is why he spoke that way about her. With the other characters/girls, the MC doesn't hold anywhere near that kind of malice for (besides James later on), so he's not going to talk about them like that.

As for the gold, it was given to the MC by someone, so when he was offered a house to buy, which the price and gold pretty much matched up, it felt convenient for the MC to buy, since he realized that was the purpose of the gold he was given.

Finally, giving extra gold to the MC isn't the mayor's responsibility.

The mayor has already done his part, by giving him a head start and pointing the MC in the right direction.

The MC has to figure out what to do after that.

What i mean "the gold is super valuable so why the hell does it need to be a lot of gold when u can just make it look affordable"(i means the price too high doesn't  match the appearance of the mc house ).And about lily don't worry about it.Its just i hate burden cause my self is a burden so kinda just seen my self in lily i guess

any way great game it's just some is not my type of plot so i tend to overeact

No worries, thanks for the support regardless!
