I uploaded a new version that completely fixed the issue, you can download it again.
Be careful not to delete old versions to prevent archived data from disappearing.

There appears to be a similar problem on Windows. Changing fullscreen doesn't appear to influence it.
Lower performance computers may also have issues and I will release a fix in the next few days ヾ(•ω•`)o
