No one moved on from the game you donut. People played it even when Yansim was still active and have a lot of player base. The reason why you're seeing a lot of ytber covering the game was because of the drama and they wanted something else. As far as I remember, people really hated yansim fangame because it looked similar to yansim so diehard yansim fan (and alex tthe creator of yansim to some extent) would always shut down project like that.
