Thanks for the feedback, the game was supposed to have a story and all the stuff, but we were cut short due time limit and art not being completed on time. The goal of the game was to be a randomly generated dungeon, but when we put together the art and assets, the health bar and the spawn location were glitch hence the spawning error occurs despite map being regenerated.
