Pelican please help me! I lost my account! I've got logged out and when im login again, I lost all my preset and all exclusive item! Please can you give them back to me? it was my favorite equipment. I dont ask to have all exclusive item just the little cat's hat and da Christmas gear

I had an account on one computer and then I left the account and played as a guest. I got about 26,000 coins but when I logged back in they did not save.
