Thank you! Ya, it would be nice to have this in a booklet format like the core rules are, but I see why it's better as a packet. I also noticed some blank pages in the pdf.
The blank pages were intentional; if you do double sided printing the blank pages should make the packet more like a book. I *should* probably test this out myself but I don't have a printer readily available for my own use.
