If you want me to sell you this piece of technology sure, but would you be able to handle it? Ofc i could always answer questions. If money isnt a problem to you. Otherwise i fear, i am gonna hold this one until i figure out what todo with it.
Thanks :3
As a solo hobbyist game developer, the phrase “If money is not an issue” or the like seems to be a major hurdle to overcome, lol. But I thank you for your consideration in giving me a heads up.
To be honest, my budget, which is out of pocket, is anywhere between $60-$100 (usd) for a set of features and scripts template to build from. That however is if I can afford that this month to be honest. The economy being what it is.
I could really see this as it sits and operates, maybe spending around $75-$150 or more if it were to be offered on the unreal marketplace, which is what I was asking about to be honest. Heck $200-$250 isn’t all that unreasonable but would price out a lot of smaller developers or solos like me from pulling the trigger. But it is your work and should be valued as you see fit.
I get it, and can respect your stance on the subject. I personally would at least consider putting a generic content version of the tech on the marketplace while building my own project using the features and code for my own game as a way of funding for my project, but that's just me. As stated before, my code is not up to snuff to even be one to talk.
Anyways, this project is looking awesome and would love to see more Thief-like games in the world that, Square-Enix or whoever has the property now, is not a load of garbage and keeps the tradition of good immersive sim style gaming alive.
You seem to do good work so I don’t really feel like you need it, but best of luck in your endeavors and maybe someday soon we might come to some sort of agreement or I see this on the marketplace someday.
