Please tell me, do the second and third perks "Get drink action" and "Number of action" work? I have not seen such interactions.
Yes they work. "Get drink action" increase the number of drink you can take in a turn. "Number of action" is the number of interaction you can do in one turn: ask, serve drink, clean table etc...
