What day is currently when you should have all events completed?
Also, I noticed there are quite a few scenes that not in the replay. This is a bit annoying, as I don't always have a save right before a sexy scene I would like to watch again

The walkthrough is the journal, alternatively there is one on Subscribestar. Later on that one will be made publicly available but it's missing the latest update and we don't really have the time to complete it as of yet because we're to busy on the game itself. It's on the to do list.
The last event is around day 140, most players however are always later because on average there are like 2-3 events a day excluding optional stuff.
Almost all naughty scenes are listed in the gallery, except for maybe a few small ones. Missing scenes means you haven't seen them because there are multiple routes/options for certain naughty events that you'll only get to see by making certain choices.
