So, like... I would say I don't wanna be that guy but I'm gonna be that guy with no remorse.

its kinda fucked that you not only use AI art for this but are actively, actually BRAGGING in your description openly how you've basically cheated the furry community out of thousands of dollars of commissions work. Like, at the very least you could not openly brag about using a tool that is effectively public enemy number one in the furry community and the larger art community as a whole.

There are plenty of visual novels i have planned out that I'm looking for an artist for and it's never once crossed my mind to use AI artwork because, to be blunt, it's amoral with how those programs are trained on stolen artwork used and repurposed illegally. But I'm not gonna sit here trying to make a moral argument against it beyond that but what I will warn you is that by publicly broadcasting how proud you are of doing that you're going to get on the wrong side of the overwhelming majority of actual content creators in the furry community.

Like... those 'thousands of dollars' you saved from commissioning real artists, you do realize thats thousands of dollars those people use to eat and pay their bills right? I'm not trying to be all "you're stealing from people and theyre gonna starve" but you need to realize that when you say you're 'saving money from commissioning artists' its not the same thing as like, stealing from wal mart and shit, those artists are all individual real people not a faceless corporation and every dollar taken from them actually matters. so the very least you could do if you're going to use a program that steals their artwork to repurpose against their will and in violation of their legal rights is not rub it in everyone's faces and brag about it like it's a great achievement to aspire towards.

It was a blunt joke. Almost as funny as virtue signaling from a professed pirate

Please refrain from foul language. There are children pretending to be adults watching.

But I suppose the rest of the regular people here deserve a proper defense of my actions instead of a terse ad homonym response.

I use a program trained on publicly available images to built a computer model to generate artwork. As of this timestamp it is currently not protected by copyright law except in the cases an artist manually edits the outputs to a transformative degree

and, well, sometimes you got to

I'm not stealing from artists. Those artist got paid commission already (hopefully). Copyright? Well, that's a point of speculation.

I'm an artist using a tool.

Dragonein. You are literally harassing the same people you claim to defend. And then openly brag about stealing from film makers on X(Twitter)

You be like:
