Reina is her code name, and she prefers it over her real name.Since the name change we no longer use Overwatch names, so Tracer (Lena Oxton) is now Sonya Park, and Mercy (Angela Ziegler) is now Seraphina Fevez.And Sombra is now Reina.

Somewhat. We don't want Blizzard to come for our heads. Not that they sent us "cease and desist", but we decided we just dIdn't want to test our luck. Especially since they actually did stuff like that to porn creators.
