Hey, thanks for asking. We're a small indie studio, so Windows probably doesn't know much about our game and is playing it safe. I think if you click "More Info" there is an option to "Run anyway" if you would like to do that.
Or, if you'd prefer, our game is also available on Steam and the Google Play store, which probably won't have the same problems.
