Ok, so it was easy, cuz it was so obvious. But also it was hard, cuz i already done that in previous updates xD But thanks on the hint, it helped)

Sorry but could you please elaborate a bit more? The only signs I noticed in Sunflower City after the latest update was the Booth poster near special storage, and about the missing girl while doing murder investigation poster. You were mentioned "switcher", what kind of switcher? Is it light switcher?

Then go to Shepherd`s and catch local ghost. If you`re on right way, there will be no recruits in your truck. After catching the ghost, if everything is done correctly, you`ll see this

You must wait for in-game 15 minutes until she shows up in the truck. Spend time near a clock and don't catch the ghost until she comes.

So I followed the instructions however, instead of getting Len this random school girl was near the entrance of the level telling me to go fix my mistake in the city. Can I get some help with this?

You should not catch the ghost and wait near a clock for in game 15 minutes until she comes in the truck.
