This was a good proof of concept for a survival horror game - the strongest elements are the comical survival mechanic of piss (!!!) and the generally grimy and yellow aesthetic of the game. As far as taking this concept further, being able to represent health and potential waves of enemies in the UI may give better feedback to the player.  Also to keep players exploring but also reliably able to venture back easily the overall design of the house could be more accessible - maybe you could unlock areas to find more ammo, and have more of a 'circuit' rather than a clunky stair re. level design.
