Is it possible to grow npcs i would love to see camilla the town guard bigger

what does all that mean, like that many point each time they level up or there you go thats it. or is it something else?
its how many companion points it cost to have them on your team since normally if im not wrong you only have 6-9 depending on upgrades
how do you get the rock root monster or rock eater companions?
