There are some great ideas here for a psychological horror RPG using the RPG Maker framework! I particularly like the ideas of using dreams as an underworld and coming 'awake' as the overworld. I also like the idea of having safe zones in your dream that you can return to and buy items. I hope you're able to continue working on this concept into a fully fleshed game as there's lots of potential!
As far as feedback, there's some things that could be improved. The game has a few spelling errors but it isn't too distracting. Some of the RPG maker assets didn't feel too adapted to the type of vibe you were going for re. some of the enemies, animations etc. Some more exposition or engagement with the character's past and their personality could be useful to give significance to the content of the dreams, and could be useful in scaffolding a plot as they try and break out of their mental state.
