Is this the same file as the one in the Unity Asset Store? Or is there a difference in content from the Asset Store?

I'm asking because it's currently included in the Halloween sale here, but not on the Unity Asset Store.

Can I use it directly in Unity?

Both include the same thing, the difference is that here are just the sprites the unity project is not included, while in the unity store they are inside a unity project with prefabs and animations already created and ready to use in the engine.

I understood that if I wanted to be able to use it right away without any work, I would have to purchase it from the Unity Asset Store.
