how tf am i expected to beat this he only has three cards 2 10s and a 21 card that gives shield so even if I get 21 (my deck is mathematically built to get 21 so long as i spit out the whole deck btw) he tanks it with the number of shields he gets

Anything that disrupts your opponent's deck/play makes quick work of him. Yellow card, Victim card, 4 mana 7/7, key card, +2 card, etc.
